Football Cash Frenzy is an affiliate marketing program that provides football training content and allows members to earn commissions by referring new members. The Service includes access to training materials, marketing resources, and a referral tracking system.

3. Membership and Fees

To become a member, you must pay a one-time membership fee of $25 plus a monthly administrative fee of $5. The membership fee is paid directly to your referrer (or their upline in the case of a pass-up). The monthly fee is processed through our payment system.

• Membership fees are non-refundable once your account is activated
• Monthly fees are billed on a recurring basis until you cancel
• Failure to pay monthly fees may result in account suspension

4. Pass-Up Commission Structure

Football Cash Frenzy operates on a "1-up" commission structure. Your first referral's payment will pass up to your sponsor (the person who referred you). After completing this pass-up, you will receive 100% of the $25 commission from all subsequent referrals. This structure is designed to reward sponsors for building their teams.

5. Earnings Disclaimer

Income examples shown on this website are not guarantees of earnings. Your results will vary based on your individual effort, market conditions, and other factors. Football Cash Frenzy is not a "get rich quick" scheme, and success requires consistent effort in marketing and recruiting. We make no promises or guarantees regarding income.

6. User Conduct

As a member, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when promoting the Service
• Not engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive marketing practices
• Not make false income claims or guarantees to potential members
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other members. Upon termination, you will lose access to all training materials and your referral network.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Football Cash Frenzy, including training materials, videos, graphics, and marketing resources, is the property of Football Cash Frenzy and is protected by copyright laws. Members are granted a limited license to use these materials for personal use and promotion of the Service only.

9. Limitation of Liability

Football Cash Frenzy and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past 12 months.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits against Football Cash Frenzy.
